We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, including those for the Miyoo Mini Plus, custom SD cards, and accessories, are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Order Placement

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and shipping information.

• Pay all applicable fees, including product prices, taxes, and shipping costs.

• Review and confirm your order details before submission.

Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud, notifying you via email at the address provided.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via authorized payment gateways in Kuwait. All payments must be completed before order fulfillment. In case of payment disputes, we comply with Kuwait’s Commercial Law and may escalate unresolved issues to relevant authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and are provided at checkout. K-Town Toys is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or third-party couriers. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items, subject to the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014). To initiate a return, contact us at support@retrocamel.me with your order details. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (e.g., protective case, USB charger, glass protection film).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty and Software Support

Products like the Miyoo Mini Plus and custom Surwish (SanDisk) SD cards include a 14-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects and 60 days of software support for issues related to pre-installed software or custom SD card configurations. Contact support@retrocamel.me for warranty or software support claims. The warranty and software support do not cover damage or issues due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including the Retro Camel logo, product images, and descriptions, is the property of K-Town Toys Wholesale and Retail Trading Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Website or Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of Kuwaiti laws, including the Cybercrime Law (No. 63 of 2015).
